Its stock continues to do badly. Just horribly. They said they were going to do bad, but this under performs every other chip maker. How do you get free money (government subsidies) and do so horribly. Literally supposed to be a hedge against the upcoming China-Taiwan war to stave off chip choke off. Patrick Gelsinger maybe able to turn it around, but INTC probably will be kicked off before then.
It's like Boeing, the business people r*aped the company with constant buybacks and dividends while making bad bad business decisions killing engineering.
