Generally, you should be eating in moderation anyway. Flour of any kind are still starches. Monkfruit won't help you there. Also you shouldn't use as much monkfruit sweetener since it is POWERFULLY SWEET, so if a receipt calls for 7g sugar, go for 0.5g monkfruit or something and go up if you need to from there.
ALSO Carob powder instead of chocolate is a good chocolate alternative if you want to eat less chocolate! Put it into cake batter, add monkfruit sweetener and you got sweet "Chocolate" cake. Same with adding it to milk and monkfruit sweetener for hot "chocolate".
