Look for yourself...
It is HORRIBLE! I think when I tend to use my pen's right button to scroll down (basically the select tool while dragging down) this happens while it is syncing automatically. I've disabled automatic sync until this issue is fixed! I absolutely hate when this happens! I'm glad I was practicing my exams or else I would be REALLY REALLY PISSED!
Damn it... doesn't anyone else use their convertible tablets with OneNote and experience this issue?
If the select tool is causing this, then there needs to be a dedicated way to scroll down without using the select tool.
