Treat them as loose consultants. You know your own body, so drive the conversation. They jump to common conclusions, note it down and feed off of each other as they look at your "medical record". When a doctor doesn't know what's wrong, they need to admit it and cast a wider net than normally. If I diagnosed software issues like these doctors did I'd be FIRED for sure.
If you get the "Anxiety" label, know that the doctor has given up and it's time to cease engagement with that consultant. They just want to move on to the next patient. I don't trust people who cannot admit they don't know and can't PROVE to you their assertion. With some people it can take many doctors before one is open minded enough to consider other cause effect relations rather than the lazy beaten path.
Anxiety is a symptom, not a diagnosis. It has a root cause. It doesn't just appear out of nowhere like some doctors suggest. Honestly, you say and believe it does then you lose all credibility with me. One should never accept the diagnosis label because of the sheer laziness and stupidity of it. Unless it can be PROVEN that you are just generally anxious then the doctor's diagnosis is WRONG.
ER doctors and nurses are the worst people to tell anything because they don't write down much, so you are better writing it down on your phone. The amount of idiocy in not listening or writing down what a patient says is exactly why they are not effective in their diagnosis and the things they assert should be discarded.
This is why I tend to lean on self diagnosis. ChatGPT made that easier by being able to access a treasure trove of information just by asking questions. Try asking a doctor as many questions as you would with ChatGPT and they'll call you nuts, might even refer you to a psych because generally doctors don't care too much about your situation since their attention is divided. All the more reason to lean on AI.
Use ChatGPT to research medical issues. AI is taking over.
